This Acceptable Use Policy governs your use of mockup files purchased from shop.mockupbulk.com (“the Store”). By purchasing a mockup from the Store, you agree to these terms.

What You Can Do

• Composite your own original artwork, designs, logos, or photographs into the empty mockup base layer
• Use your composited images commercially — on Etsy, Shopify, Amazon, social media, paid advertising, client presentations, portfolio websites, and lookbooks
• Use your composited images in an unlimited number of projects and listings
• Use mockups purchased from this store in conjunction with the mockupbulk.com generator subscription

What You Cannot Do

• Resell the original empty mockup files — You may not sell, redistribute, sublicence, or share the original JPG base layer files purchased from this store
• Offer the mockup files as part of a bundle or digital product — You may not include the original empty mockup files in any product you sell or give away
• Use mockups to create competing mockup products — You may not use our mockup files to create or sell your own mockup templates or base layers
• Remove or obscure any embedded metadata — Do not alter file metadata that identifies MockupBulk as the source
• Use mockups for illegal, defamatory, or harmful content — You may not composite content that is illegal, defamatory, hateful, or otherwise harmful into our mockup files

Attribution

Attribution is not required for commercial use of your composited images. You do not need to credit MockupBulk in your Etsy listings, Shopify store, or advertising.

Enforcement

MockupBulk reserves the right to revoke licences and pursue legal remedies in cases of material breach of this policy.
