What file format do I get?

Every mockup download is a high-resolution JPG. The file is an empty base layer — a styled interior scene or product shot with a blank frame or product area ready for your artwork.

Do the mockups come with my artwork already inside?

No. These are empty frame mockups. The frame and scene are real; the artwork area is blank. You composite your own artwork into the empty area using your image editor. What image editor do I need?

Any layer-based image editor works:

Licence & Commercial Use

Can I use these mockups commercially?

Yes. Every mockup purchased from this store includes a commercial licence. Use your composited images on Etsy, Shopify, Amazon, social media, paid ads, client work, and any other commercial platform. No attribution required.

Can I resell or redistribute the mockup files?

No. The commercial licence covers use of your composited images (your art placed into the mockup). You cannot resell, redistribute, sublicence, or share the original empty mockup JPG files. See our Acceptable Use Policy for full details.

How do I download my mockup?

Instantly — your download link is included in your order confirmation email. The link never expires, so you can re-download anytime.

What if my download link doesn’t work?

Email hello@bulkmockup.com within 7 days with your order number and we’ll resend at no charge.

Refunds

What is your refund policy?

When does the subscription make sense?

If you need more than 6 mockups per month, the $14.99/month subscription pays for itself. It’s also the right choice if you don’t want to edit images manually, or if you’re running a high-volume POD store or Etsy shop.
