These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of shop.mockupbulk.com ("Site", "Store") operated by Cazner Pty Ltd (ABN 39 648 003 570) ("MockupBulk", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing the Site or purchasing any product, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. About us

Cazner Pty Ltd is a company registered in Australia under ABN 39 648 003 570, with a registered address at 18 Austral Avenue, North Manly NSW 2100, Australia. We operate the MockupBulk digital mockup store at shop.mockupbulk.com and a sister subscription service, the MockupBulk Generator, at www.mockupbulk.com.

2. Our products

We sell digital mockup files, including but not limited to empty frame mockups, interior room scenes, apparel mockups, and accessory mockups. All products are delivered as digital downloads (JPG format unless otherwise stated) via a download link sent to the email address provided at checkout. We do not ship physical goods.

The mockups sold on this Site are empty frame or empty product mockups. This means the buyer is responsible for compositing their own artwork into the mockup using an image editor of their choice (such as Adobe Photoshop, Photopea, Canva, Affinity Photo, or GIMP). If you do not wish to manually composite artwork, consider subscribing to our automated generator at www.mockupbulk.com.

3. Orders and payment

By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase the selected product at the listed price. All prices are shown in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. We accept payment methods displayed at checkout, including credit/debit cards, Shop Pay, and PayPal.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, payment failure, or pricing errors.

4. Delivery of digital products

Once payment is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email containing a link to download your purchased file(s). Download links do not expire; we recommend you save the email and download the file to a secure location promptly.

If your download link does not work, the file is corrupt, or you do not receive the confirmation email within 24 hours, contact us at hello@bulkmockup.com and we will resend the file at no additional charge.

5. Licence and permitted use

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide, perpetual commercial licence to use the downloaded mockup file, subject to the restrictions in these Terms and our Acceptable Use Policy.

You MAY:

  • Composite your own artwork into the mockup using an image editor and use the resulting finished image in commercial and personal projects
  • Use the finished composited image on your own product listings (Etsy, Shopify, Amazon Handmade, Redbubble, Printful, Printify, etc.)
  • Use the finished composited image in your own marketing materials, including social media, websites, email campaigns, print ads, lookbooks, and client presentations
  • Use the finished composited image for unlimited client work, freelance projects, and paid design services
  • Include the finished composited image in personal portfolios and case studies

You MAY NOT:

  • Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or give away the original mockup file in its raw form (before compositing your own artwork)
  • Include the original mockup file in any stock library, template pack, design bundle, or asset marketplace
  • Use the mockup to create a competing mockup library, stock photo service, or asset marketplace
  • Claim ownership or authorship of the original mockup file
  • Use the original mockup file or any finished composited image in any way that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, discriminatory, harassing, or infringes the rights of any third party
  • Train machine learning models or AI systems on the mockup file
  • Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright notices, watermarks, or metadata

6. Refunds

All sales are final. Because our products are digital files delivered instantly on purchase, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you are buying a digital product delivered immediately on payment and waive any right to a cooling-off period under Australian Consumer Law for digital goods supplied immediately with your express consent.

7. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including but not limited to mockup files, text, graphics, logos, images, designs, and software, is owned by Cazner Pty Ltd or its licensors and is protected by Australian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your purchase grants you a licence to use the mockup as described in Section 5, but does not transfer ownership.

8. User accounts

You may be required to create an account to make purchases. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@bulkmockup.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

9. Sister site — MockupBulk Generator

The MockupBulk Generator at www.mockupbulk.com is a separate subscription service operated by Cazner Pty Ltd. Use of the generator is subject to its own terms and conditions, available on that site. Your purchase on shop.mockupbulk.com does not grant access to the generator, and vice versa.

10. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its servers, databases, or any user account
  • Use automated systems (including bots, scrapers, or crawlers) to access or copy content from the Site without our prior written permission
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Site or its underlying infrastructure
  • Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
  • Circumvent any access controls, DRM, or security measures
  • Resell, sublicense, or otherwise commercialise access to the Site

11. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and its products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, except as required by Australian Consumer Law. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that mockup files will meet your specific requirements.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy conferred on you by the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law that cannot be lawfully excluded.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cazner Pty Ltd and its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or its products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Where our liability cannot be excluded under law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Site is limited, at our option, to (a) resupplying the digital product, or (b) refunding the amount you paid for the product in question.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Cazner Pty Ltd and its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to (a) your use of the Site or products, (b) your violation of these Terms, or (c) your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights.

14. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top indicates when the Terms were last revised. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales for any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms.
