Refund and Return Policy

All sales are final. No refunds on digital downloads.

Because our products are digital files delivered instantly on purchase, we cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order is placed. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you are buying a digital product that is delivered immediately on payment, and you waive any right to a cooling-off period under Australian Consumer Law for digital goods that are supplied immediately with your express consent.

We'll make it right if:

  • Your download link doesn't work, the file is corrupt, or the file fails to open in a standard image editor — contact hello@bulkmockup.com within 7 days of purchase and we'll resend the file or provide an alternative at no charge.
  • You were charged twice for the same order — contact us with your order numbers and we'll refund the duplicate charge.
  • The file you received does not match the product listing image or description — contact us with screenshots and we'll either replace the file or issue a refund at our discretion.

We will NOT offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Accidental purchases
  • Buying the wrong aspect ratio, frame style, room scene, or colour
  • Not knowing how to composite your artwork into the mockup
  • Not having Photoshop, Photopea, Canva, Affinity, GIMP, or any other image editor required to use the mockup
  • Difficulty using the downloaded file
  • The mockup not matching the colours of your artwork after compositing
  • Finding the same or similar mockup elsewhere at a different price
  • Deciding to subscribe to our generator subscription at mockupbulk.com after already purchasing individual mockups

Before you buy, please:

  1. Carefully check the product preview image to confirm the room scene, frame style, and aspect ratio match what you need
  2. Understand that mockups sold on this store are empty frame mockups — you must composite your own artwork into the empty frame area using an image editor
  3. If you don't have or don't want to use an image editor, consider subscribing to our generator at www.mockupbulk.com for $14.99/month, which automatically composites your artwork into every mockup
  4. Contact us at hello@bulkmockup.com if you have any questions before purchasing

Consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law. If the digital product you purchased has a major failure (for example, it is significantly different from its description, or it is unusable and cannot be fixed within a reasonable time), you may be entitled to a refund or replacement under the Australian Consumer Law. For more information about your rights as a consumer, visit www.accc.gov.au.

How to request resolution

To request a file resend, report a technical issue, or raise a consumer-law concern, email us at hello@bulkmockup.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The product title
  • A description of the issue
  • Screenshots (if applicable)

We aim to respond to all requests within 2 business days (Sydney time).
